1. Booking
A 30% deposit of the tour price is required to confirm a booking.
The remaining 70% is paid before the start of the trip.
2. Cancellation and refunds
14 days or more before the tour — 100% of the deposit is refunded.
7–13 days before — 50% of the deposit is refunded.
Less than 7 days before — no refund, except where required by law.
3. Itinerary changes
The route may be changed due to weather conditions or safety requirements.
Additional services are paid separately.
